OBJECTIVE
Create an alternative movie poster for an existing movie of your choice.
PROCESS
First I chose an exsiting movie that I already know and enjoy so I can play off of
other elements in the movie. I chose the movie Fantastic Mr. Fox because I love the
colours and simple aesthetic. I researched the movie poster, different scenes in the
movie and symbols that play a roll in the film. I then chose what medium i wanted
to use and start sketching ideas. I went with the iconic apple symbol from the
movie and painted it in Photoshop. I created a semi realistic look and feel with the
simple background and text to make sure it pops and still has character from the original poster.
